Welcome

Welcome to Artfuel's online home. Our physical home is in the centre of Doncaster in South Yorkshire, known for engineering, horse racing, markets and sweets but not, traditionally for the arts. Artfuel hope to help change this, offering art for all; studio space to work in, workshops for adults and children, art exhibitions, mentoring, arts projects and events and internships for those wanting to gain experience of working in the arts sector.

Venue

Although we are in the town centre and are in full view of traffic from Trafford Way, to get to us by car, we are tucked away behind Spring Gardens. For directions, please go to our Contact Us page.

Opening Times

Artfuel is currently open from Thursday-Saturday, 10am-4pm.

NEW Studio Spaces

Due to demand Artfuel have acquired three new spaces. If you are a creative looking for a space in a central location, please get in touch via info@artfuel.org.uk to view.

NEW Framing Supplier

Artfuel are now able to offer framing services through DK Frames, with an offer of 10% to all our members. See our Suppliers page for more details.

Artfuel & Magna Open Art Competition

Artfuel and Magna are working together to create an exciting Open Art Competition, to be sited at Magna Science Adventure Centre, Rotherham.

Closing date for all entries is Monday 22nd July.

Waterdale Boards Project

Artfuel are working with the Waterdale Centre in Doncaster to make the area maore colourful and vibrant through new and exciting artwork painted onto shop window boards.

Artfuel Exhibitions

Sue Caulfield & Glenn Davison's 'Sexhibition' regarding the human form and pleasures of the flesh, opens with a preview from 4-8pm on Friday 31st May, so please come and join us for wine and nibbles. It continues Thurs-Sat 10am-4pm until Friday 28th June.

Artfuel's online gallery/shop is now open for business. All work is available to purchase online, with simple and quick Paypal, no need to even be signed up to Paypal.
